Winning Marketing Strategies LLC, a New York company, operates linkto.love and shop.linkto.love and sells the products as publisher. The creator named on a product is not a separate seller.

Using the site

Our publications concern adult dating and relationships and are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with the service, or share private access links.

Product information

Read the product description before ordering. It states the format, language and included materials. The first product is a downloadable English PDF, not a physical book. A coming-soon listing is an announcement, not an offer to take payment.

Orders, prices and payment

Sales are currently closed. When checkout opens, the total price, currency and any applicable tax will be displayed before you confirm payment. The first ebook is a one-time purchase and does not create a subscription. Provide an accurate email so that your order and access information reach you.

Payments will be processed through Stripe when enabled. A failed or pending payment is not a confirmed purchase. If an error prevents us from fulfilling a paid order, we will contact you and resolve it or refund the affected order.

Delivery and access

See our Digital delivery policy for formats, device requirements and access help. Keep a downloaded copy for your own use. Protect your purchase email and sign-in links. Contact support if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.

Personal-use licence

Buying a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it for personal, non-commercial use. You may keep copies on your own devices and print a personal copy. You may not resell, share, upload, republish or distribute the purchased material without permission, except where applicable law permits it. Copyright remains with its rights holders.

Refunds and cancellation

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase under our Refund policy. No reason is required. A refund ends your licence to the refunded product. No recurring subscription is created by buying the ebook, so there is no subscription to cancel.

What the content does and does not promise

The publications offer perspectives and practical examples, not a promise of a date, relationship or particular outcome. Fictional characters and illustrative conversations are used in the first ebook. The material is general information, not individual medical, psychological or legal advice.

Your rights and resolving problems

Contact us first if an order or the site is not working as expected. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not require you to give up legal rights available in your country of residence.

Updates

We may update site terms as the service develops. The date above identifies this version. Changes will not retroactively reduce the rights attached to an existing purchase. Material purchase terms will be available before you order.
